Building a Culture of Cybersecurity

Aug 26, 2020 10:30 am - 12:00 pm AEST

Abstract
We know that much of the cybersecurity vulnerably faced by organizations comes from inside their organization. Social engineering and simple lack of diligence by team members can introduce opportunities for cyber breaches, often unintentionally.  We have created a model for creating a culture of cybersecurity based on values, attitudes and beliefs that drive cyber secure behaviors. In this session we will present this framework and discuss case studies of managerial interventions that influence values, attitudes, and beliefs to drive stronger cybersecurity behaviors.
