Journal of Industrial Relations’ Annual Review of Australian Industrial Relations

Jun 3, 2021 10:00 am - 12:30 pm (AEST GMT+10:00)

The Sydney Employment Relations Research Group (SERRG), the Journal of Industrial Relations (JIR) and the Australian Labour and Employment Relations Association (ALERA) are pleased to host this Webinar to formally launch the Journal of Industrial Relations’ Annual Review of Australian Industrial Relations.

The JIR’s Annual Review issue is the publication of record for Australian industrial relations. Each JIR Annual Review analyses key developments in Australian industrial relations in articles focusing on: the labour market; women, work and IR; unions and collective bargaining; employer and employer association matters; industrial legislation; and major court and tribunal decisions. It also includes ‘practitioner review’ and ‘international review’ articles.

To coincide with the official publication of this year’s JIR Annual Review issue, one author of each of this year’s articles will present their analysis of industrial relations developments in 2020 – a year of significant movement in Australian industrial relations. Two leading industry practitioners will present their articles, providing union and employer association views.

Date:Thursday 3 June 2021
Time:10.00am-12.30pm
