In this session, Jonathan Doh, who has been an Associate Editor at three journals and an Editor-in-Chief at two, will discuss his experiences as an editor, some of the challenges associated with publishing in leading journals, and opportunities for serving as a reviewer, joining editorial boards, and serving as an associate editor, special issue editor, or editor-in-chief.
Jonathan Doh has been on the editorial review boards of twelve journals, including JIBS and SMJ. He co-edited eight special issues and has been Associate Editor at Business & Society, Journal of World Business, and Academy of Management Learning and Education. He was Editor- in-Chief of Journal of World Business from 2014-2018 and General Editor (Co-editor-in-Chief) of Journal of Management Studies from 2019-2022. He is currently Editor (Sustainability) at Journal of International Business Studies and a member of that journal’s Societal Impact Advisory Council.
He was Editor- in-Chief of Journal of World Business from 2014-2018 and General Editor for Journal of Management Studies from 2020-2022. He is currently Editor (Sustainability) at JIBS. He is a fellow of AOM and AIB, and ranked 298 out of 44,945 business scholars globally, placing him among the top .65%. He holds a Ph.D. from George Washington University
