The Australian Centre for Gender Equality and Inclusion @ Work and the University of Sydney Business School warmly invite you to attend the first public lecture of Christine Castley OAM, CEO of the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA).
Christine Castley’s inaugural public lecture as CEO of WGEA will explore one of Australia’s defining challenges: how do we build institutions and workplaces that enable people to contribute their full capability throughout increasingly complex lives? Drawing on personal experience and three decades working across human services, social policy and multicultural Australia, Christine will reflect on participation, productivity, inclusion and the future of work in a changing nation.
The lecture will consider how workplace gender equality fits within broader questions of inclusion, belonging, opportunity and intergenerational fairness, and how WGEA’s evolving role can help support meaningful and measurable progress over the coming decade.

Time: 5.45 pm for a 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Lecture (followed by a reception to 8:00 pm)
